2. Who runs this site

This website is owned and operated by Metzger Built Buildings & Crane Service, operating as The Shed Co.

3. Prices, designs and quotes

The information on this website is for general guidance only.

Prices: prices shown are base prices in Canadian dollars, "from" estimates that may change with material costs. They do not include crane delivery, taxes, site preparation or options unless we say so.

The 3D Designer: the Designer shows a picture and a rough from-price. Colours on your screen may differ from the real thing, and what you design is not an order or a binding quote.

Final quote: a final price is only set when we confirm your design, delivery address and site access with you in writing.

4. Your site and local rules

You are responsible for making sure your shed, its size and its location meet your local bylaws, zoning, setback and permit rules. You are also responsible for a firm, level pad, clear access for the crane truck, and keeping overhead wires out of the way. We cannot confirm these for you.

5. Intellectual property and AI restrictions

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, designs and photographs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may print or download parts of the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as reviewing a quote.

You may not use any content, images or data from this website to train artificial intelligence models or to generate synthetic content without our written permission.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including:

Submitting false or misleading information.

Trying to get around the website's security or scraping its data.

Harassing or defaming our staff through the contact form or any other channel.

We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free. The sale, delivery and placement of a shed are covered by a separate written quote or contract.
